The result is a horse or dog who is able to perform to the best of their ability in a comfortable and balanced manner. This in itself promotes a good quality of life, reduces the risk of injury and may prolong your animal's career.
Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapists are trained human therapists who have undergone two years post graduate training at the Royal Veterinary College in order to treat animals.
All Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapists are fully insured and regulated, liaise closely with other professionals and always work with a veterinary referral (as required by the Veterinary Act 1962 and 1966).
MASSAGE
DENTISTRY
Chartered Physiotherapists are movement and exercise specialists. Whether you have a happy hacker, occasional hunter or a high goal polo star I assess fully how your horse moves and palpate his whole body, identifying areas of pain, stiffness, assymmetry, weakness, poor muscle co-ordination and reduced range of movement.
From this information a treatment plan is formed. All treatment plans and exercises are specific and tailored to both your horse's needs and the riders aims, ensuring you receive an individual service every time.

Regardless of your riding experience or ability, we offer a tailored service to highlight and address problem areas using a variety of techniques.
